How does the seven-day free trial work?
Create and confirm your account to try Core with one event for seven days. No credit card is required. Your trial starts when your confirmed account first opens the trial workspace. After seven days, choose $75/month or $499/year to continue. Your records remain with your account, and there is no automatic trial charge.
What does SponsorCommand cost?
SponsorCommand Core is $75/month or $499/year, billed annually. Annual billing saves $401 compared with twelve monthly payments totaling $900. Both options include the same Core features. Additional events are $25/month or $199/year per event.
What is included in Core?
Core is a complete standalone product for managing sponsor relationships, pipeline progress, agreements, logos, payment status, deliverables, assigned tasks, renewal opportunities, and sponsorship goals. One event and up to 10 people including the owner are included. You do not need a future upgrade to organize and run your sponsorship program.
Can I bring my existing sponsor list?
Yes. Import your sponsor CSV or add sponsors individually. If your list is in Excel, export it as a CSV before importing. Imported sponsors start in the prospect stage.
Can I manage more than one event?
Yes. Additional events are $25/month or $199/year per event. Contact SponsorCommand to arrange additional capacity; self-service add-on checkout is not yet available.
Do I need a separate registration before the trial?
No. Select Start Your 7-Day Free Trial to create your account, confirm your email, and open your workspace. Choose a paid plan later from Billing. The optional Pro interest list does not create a trial account.
Does SponsorCommand manage every part of my event?
SponsorCommand focuses on sponsorship operations: relationships, commitments, tasks, payment status, and renewals. It is not a ticketing platform or a replacement for your accounting software.
What about Pro and Enterprise?
Pro and Enterprise are future expansions for teams that need advanced research, communications, financial workflows, automation, and integrations. They are not available today. Core remains a complete standalone product, and future pricing and release details will be announced separately.
